Brought in a few purses. QR code on phone and filled out form on it. Asked for my ID ok fine. When I went to pick up remaining items. The gal ( nice young lady helped me check in) Gave her my ID. SHE ASKS FOR MY ID AGAIN?????. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHO I WAS! TOP IT OFF!! 3.50 FOR BRAND NEW NINE WEST PURSE???? IM SOORY! INSULT. I will never step foot in any Plato closet again!!! Don't low ball me! If I could give it a -10 I would. Drove 35+ minutes for them to supposedly take 3 hrs and they looked at nothing. Washed clothes and then they say to wash them? Yeaa this place used to be awesome not so much save your money and go elsewhere and dont bother leaving a comment you really messed up. Also, ive gone thru clothes there that are ripped, stained, pet hair and all but yet you want me to wash perfectly good clothes that I already washed?
