they said 5 hours to go through clothes.. that's ridiculous, i've seen people on tik tok take in 5 buckets of clothes to their local platos and it never took over 2 hours. What a joke, would have possibly waited if the staff wasn't snarky about it. I drove over an hour to get to Rochester tho, not staying in town for 5 hours when the staff isn't even welcoming
The experience was fast and easy, the employee's were not the nicest but kind of pleasant because they have to be not because they wanted to be. I had a lot of stuff that are still market price from retailers with tags on the items that they didn’t take. I honestly think the people who sort take items based off of preference and not the actual quality of the clothes. Best place to get teens' clothing in good condition. It's really hit and miss at times.
Completely blown away , sad and disappointed today..after 10 years of being a great customer and an avid thrifter in this community. Not to mention being 100 percent LOYAL to Plato's closet . I was told today that I am flagged and they will no longer buy from me bc I've had different phone numbers . Just wow .I would expect much more out of a local business which I have worked with for years. I'm hurt more then anything . Thanks Plato's
The customer service is Horrible. These girls don't want to help Anyone they treated me like I was an inconvenience. Everyone on the shift today was talking to each other and could not care less about there actual job. It's fine to hire a bunch of teens but they need to be working not chatting or texting. Come on. Just horrible experience.
