I love the setup of the store. I was there last Wednesday and needed a dress and blouse. Found both in minutes. Thanks to the great customer service I was in out of the store in minutes and on with My day.

Stupid place! $100 bran new Jennifer Lopez boots never won, they didnt touch them. This place is a joke screw platos closet!

I took a whole storage container in, they shuffled through items on the top but took nothing, it would have been less frustrating if they had actually looked at every item. New with tags shirts from the Buckle, very lightly worn Miss Me jeans etc. I am done with Platos.

I do not appreciate the male worker, who commented on how he would not buy my items because they are "ugly" to other workers right in front of my face. Is that his idea of customer service? Too bad too because I put back the $40+ worth of clothing I planned on purchasing. Don't think I will be back...
