I'm not really sure where to start there's a lot of things in the store that are going to rub you the wrong way they definitely rub me the wrong way be warned! I've witnessed a lot of profiling, RACIAL bigotry and an extremely disrespectful rude staff especially the dark-haired manager that does a lot of the intake. I Came in the store with 2 bags of clothing, brand new lululemon, leggings, tanks, shorts and even a define jacket lots of other clothing aswell like urban outfitters,Zara, pink and more, I found this to be the biggest waste of time if they are not going to even buy high end wear, the worker was also very rude about the situation and had a aditude

I went to Plato’s at 4 pm to sell my items. I’ve been coming and selling items here for a while. I didn’t even get in the door the lady behind the counter speaks from all the way across the room stating that they don’t buy items after 3 pm ??? If yall close at 9 pm in what world does that make sense. There is nothing on your website, front door or any social media that states this rule.
