Stephanie is not customer service material. I called back to talk to a manager and apparently she’s the manager? Anyways I first walk in to drop my clothes off. They ask me if it’s okay to wipe my bag down. First off I asked how are you going to do that. You really can’t wipe a cloth bag down. But I just was like whatever in my head yeah that’s fine. Don't recommend bringing your clothes here. Just like some of the other comments I read, its a waste of time. I called before hand to make sure they were accepting clothes, she said they were but didn't bother telling me the clothes had to be in a plastic basket now and not a box. so after arriving I then had to go buy a basket to put my clothes in. Great selection of apparel at even better prices! The best part is you can take your gently used good condition apparel in for credit and walk out with a new to you wardrobe.
So, for starters I went to Plato’s today at this location (Harbison). Went in WITH ALL NAME BRAND ITEMS. Get a call back my clothes are ready for pick-up... get there they only accept 4 items.. leaving behind brands such as Patagonia, Adidas Letterman’s Jacket, Alterd State, Nike, Lularoe, etc. SOMEONE please tell me why they rejected my items but yet have clothing items in the store from WALMART, DOLLAR GENERAL & BIG LOTS. This place just down right sucks as far as selling items to them. I just took in a TON of clothes. They took 2 things for 5$. Is this real life?! I had very nice jeans that have not even been worn. A Lilly Pulitzer dress that has been worn twice. Nike air max’s that have been very well taken care of. You took a button down shirt and ONE of the 3 pairs of Abercrombie and Fitch shorts. Wtf is this. I stopped coming here years ago for this exact reason. Lord Jesus. Waste of my time. Y’all piss me off.

Very disappointed yesterday. They didn’t take ANY of my very nice, name brand clothes. Same for the girl right in front of me who walked out with 3 bags they wouldn’t take. The store stunk like cinnamon covering up some odor. The worst experience I’ve had here ever.
