Horrible place. Very greedy people. I took my brand new still in the box never worn air Jordan’s with the receipt worth $118. I needed some quick cash and was hoping to be offered at least $50 for them but they offered $18!! You people are not going to last. The bad reviews are racking up. This place is ridiculous. The associate told me my shoes were out of fashion. Which I know was a bold face lie. Some were even new that I had purchased from Dillards last year. Shoes are my passion so I purchase good quality at sale price. Don't waste your time at Spartanburg store. They are a joke.
I have brought two bags FULL of free people, lululemon, hollister, and american eagle all of it never worn some even with tags!! I have had 6 items bought out of almost 50 for about $20 due to inventory being full. This wouldn’t upset me as much but I went looking for clothes through the store after dropping off a buy just to find 3 different pairs of leggings with holes in the crotch and bottom area, and shorts with blood stains in them.
