Went in looked around found a few things, the employees could tell I was obviously shopping... Waited till I was ready to check out and said, "oh, we're only buying, not selling." Like wtf?! You're gonna watch me shop for 15 min before telling me you're not selling yet?! SO lame, even my 8yr old said , "why would they do that mom?"

We now have signs all over our store as well as employees on the floor reminding customers that we are not selling at this time. Took a few things in, they said they would give me a call when they were done due to high amounts of other items being brought in. Two hours later I ended up going back there after no call back, they gave me my stuff back and said there was a small stain, throw items in the laundry and take them back so they can take another look.. In my opinion.. No different than Buffalo Exchange, not really worth it unless you want an in store exchange..
I brought some really good things in & they only took one thing for a couple of bucks; they're not even open yet so I'm extremely disappointed. You'll make more money selling your clothes at a garage sale or ebay.
