I’m having to use my passport for an I.D until I go get a new state ID and the store on Reno refused to accept my passport stating and I quote “I have to go by policy and policy is you must have a state issued I.D for purposes of tracking you through the United States.” � Are you serious? Did I just hear that correctly? Ummmm....yes honey, that is exactly what a passport does except it can track globally and very much overrides a state ID! Went in because I always enjoy visiting the penn location. Would not recommend this store to anyone. I am a bargain shopper and when I see a sale I will take advantage. I expected to drop some cash in this store. I walked in was not greeted. I circled the same aisles and could hardly find anything but as if I was shopping in a run down thrift store with Walmart brands priced too high. You have the rudest employees and something needs done about it. I've seen other reviews and didn't think it was true until I came in. Please watch who you hire....

After taking some clothing into the store to sell we waited 2 1/2 hours for a call back that we never got back. The next day I finally talked to an employee only to find out that they had given the money for my "chosen" items to another customer along with the remainder of our "passed" items. Now they are refusing to fairly compensate for the items they wrongfully gave away. Will never go back to this store and will passing all of this info along to our attorney unless they make it right.

Absolutely the most rudest group of employees I have ever encountered!!! I most definitely will be taking my items elsewhere. If you want people to keep coming, common curtsy is key.
