RecommendedCheap clothes and I love getting money for my clothes!
Richard Tocco’s store is a complete health hazard and isn’t up to the Governor’s mandatory COVID-19 precautions. I will be notifying the heath department that fitting rooms, bathrooms, and the store in general is not frequently sanitized and cleaned due to being understaffed. All of his previous staff (including me) have left due to this and other issues with him and the way he treats his employees. He treats us as if we’re numbers and not actual people. rude employees who have no clue about customer service, much less clothes! one of the most unfriendly places I've ever shopped. I'd go across town to Daisy Exchange before I'd go back in that place.
Don’t even think about putting anything on hold. I drove quite a ways for a pair of sunglasses I put on hold to tell me they were sold The employee was not nice at all and wasn’t sorry one bit. Never going back there!
I took 3 HUGE boxes of clothing to the Reno location. ALL nice and organized on hangers with the tags all facing out. 25% of the clothing still with tags on them. Torrid, Maurices, Lane Bryant, American Eagle and they bought like 12 items out of 130 that I took in. When I came to pick my items up, everything was off of the hanger and a mess, some hangers even broken. The Quail store most definitely exhibits a higher standard of class. This store is a joke! Everyone there is so rude. No one tells u hi when u come in. They act like they r to good to even look at u. I won’t go to this one at all! Such rude people.

If you want to be offered $2 for a $40 shirt with the tags still on go ahead and take your items here. � or $2 for Michael Kors jeans that have been worn once. Really.
