A friend and I went there five or six times to try and sell authentic coach purses. Every time they told us a manager had to review them, I have gone three times when they said a manager was going to be there, and there was NO MANAGER when they said she was going to be there. Never once, in my may years of costumer service I have I ever seen a place never have a manager there at all times. We do have managers in the store on most days unfortunately we only have one staff member that is able to authentic at this time. My issue with this store is simple. I bought some clothes for my daughter including several pairs of jeans and shorts. She wore some of them once and some she never even wore because the didn't fit. I went to sell back the clothes and I was told they would refuse them die to wear and tear. I explained my daughter didn't even wear most of it. The girl just shrugged at me and refused to answer me. Way to go Plato's your customer service is on point if the goal is being rude.

So I'm going through my clothes getting rid of things I normally Donate but my home girl was like "You have A lot nice stuff you should Sell them at Plato's Closet" Keep in mind that I Had Jordan Wear, Adidas wear, Lacrosse? Nike wear, Pink Wear, Ralph Lauren Polos worn once or still new, Hollister, Pink, Brand New Levis, Pants From Vanity, Maurices in Great condition, Nice regular T-shirts and Blouses .
