Every time I go in here I wonder why! The clothes in the racks look like they should be thrown away and they don't buy anything nice you bring in. Even sell clothes that smell like Body Odor. Not good.

We only buy current style teen and young adult clothing that is in good condition. We pass on clothing that is obviously worn or dirty. We also require that all clothes that we purchase to be freshly laundered as a requirement. If I could give negative stars I would!! This place is awful. They buy back like 1 item out of 50 and then you look on the racks ...and you're like really? But, you wouldn't buy my stuff? The items on the racks are seriously worn or have holes/tears, yet somehow my new things with tags still on them aren't good enough. 3rd time is a charm and I will never sell to them again. They can keep their ratchety clothes!!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would. I was treated absolutely horrible today. My son and I went in and I was next to him the entire time. He acted appropriately the entire time, didn't throw a fit, didn't yell, didn't rip things off the wall. He was a nice, silly three year old. When we were at the check out register, he walked on the sales associate "platform," took maybe two steps and the manager yelled at him to get off. I love the style and quality of clothing sold at this location.
I brought 6 pair of j crew shorts in yesterday. 4 brand new with tags and 2 pair that i only wore once. i was hoping to sell these to recoup some of my money. this location offered me $20 total for all 6 pair. what a freaking JOKE. thats $3.33 for each pair. these shorts are $40 a piece from j crew.. so the offer was a total insult.

First, we do not pay retail for the products that we buy from customers. We generally pay about 1/3 what we will sell them for, but in some instances, as in your case, we payed more than 1/3.
