They have some cute clothes but the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. I used to work at Half Price Books so I know how hard it can be buying from the public. But they don't explain anything to you and are very rude women. Again, cute clothing, but I won't be returning due to how they treat customers.
I used to love going to Plato’s to sell but lately they buy 1 thing or nothing. I just received their email about them needing Guys clothing. A few days ago I brought in a big bag of men’s clothes mainly shorts and the chick said they were “old” when they were name brand and hardly worn. She didn’t know what she was talking about. Of course she said she couldn’t offer me anything so I’m done going there and shopping. Most of their clothes are out dated and with holes.
NEGATIVE 5 Stars!! Don't waste your time because they will tell you they want clothes less than a year old and won't accept brands other than name brands. I had coach handbags and many other name brands and they refused to take them because "they weren't within a year old", yet I saw plenty of Walmart brand items in the store. The staff is rude and acts as if they are too good to service you once they do not want what you have to offer. BAD customer service and their marketing videos on FB are even worse!! I love shopping at this Plato's Closet and the Alliance one! All of the stores I have shopped at have been very well run. I have shopped at many in Texas and even some in Kansas and the quality and deals are all wonderful! BEST place for resale shopping!!
