As I'm watching them go through my clothes I hear the girl say, this just isn't washed and I would have taken so much more. Im sorry your experience with us was unpleasant. Always feel free to ask for a mangager if you feel this upset about a situation you experience here. All clothes that are sold are asked to be freshly laundered before you bring them to sell. It is our policy for them to be clean of any pet hair, spots, or slight odors. Some of our buyers are allergic to animal dander and dust which makes it a little difficult for us to handle when it is not laundered as well. Cool store! Can't beat the prices! Happy and helpful employees made it easy to find what I wanted. This is where you go to add to your wardrobe and find some fun accessories too! I have also sold a few items there and was very happy with the cash I walked out with!
I took 2 full storage bins and a crate of shoes to platos this morning. The ladies went through the clothes quickly and, to my surprise, they offered me $100 for about 50% of my clothing. I was expecting maybe $50, so I was pleased with what they took and offered. they took all of my jean shorts and pants, along with other brand named items, but they also took some items I purchased at kohls. the only thing I had a problem with was that they wanted to offer $3-4 for a Ralph Lauren cross body purse, a Vera bradley cross body,... read more
