They always take longer than the time they specify and don't buy based in style, only by brands. One of the ladies working there was very rude to me and talked to me like I was a child, then prioritized customers who came in after me. I ended waiting about 2 hours for them to go through my clothes. I'm originally from Ohio and have sold with the stores there and have never had this bad of an experience with Plato's closet in an Ohio store.

We do use the same computers to check out customers that we use to enter buys in, so yes sometimes we need to puase a buy. We were very concerned about your experience and went back on our cameras.
