Brought a huge bin of never worn clothes all folded and washed and some young girl at the counter is trying to tell me they aren't folded good enough and that they need to be washed. Told them that they are washed because i quite literally washed every single piece of clothing an hour before but they couldn't care less. Refused to look through any of the clothes in the bin and obviously doesnt know what clean folded clothes are. Politely asked to use their restroom when I first came in and was told to my back, “Where’re your grocery bags, homeless lady?” As the group of rude, high school employees that work there snickered. Absolutely no toilet paper in the bathroom. Thanks guys! No one mans the back where the fitting rooms are. I try to give Plato’s the benefit of the doubt but I am disappointed every time I come here to sell clothes. They have a great selection but some items are overpriced considering this is a second hand store. It doesn’t make sense. I came in with multiple items with tags and I received less than what a purse costs there

I’ve been to this location probably close to 100 times and this is why I’m giving them 5 stars. I’m a bulk seller and sometimes the buys are really good and sometimes they absolutely suck. But it’s all part of the game. If they take 30% of the items I bring in I consider that a win because the clothes and styles that I find that I like are always going to be different than what someone else likes. it's fine- takes a couple hours for them to sort through things but it's a little annoying that my $450 homecoming dress that was never worn because it didn't fit only sold for $3.60. Big scam but whatever.
