Not worth it.they barely buy anything
Would leave zero stars if I could. Did a closet purge and decided to give platos a try, again. I brought in two baskets of many name brand pieces. I know platos is pretty picky about what they take - so I kept that in mind while getting these ready to take in. Everything I brought in was stain free and in good condition. They didn't accept anything, claiming it was "older than a year" However, last time I attempted to shop there, everything looked way outdated and definitely overpriced. I dropped off a bucket of clothes and not even 10 minutes later I got a text saying my stuff was ready to pick up. When I went back, all my clothes were still folded exactly how I left them, so it was pretty clear they didn’t even bother to look through anything. To top it off, they didn’t even put the lid back on my bucket when I came to get it. Just felt really lazy and like they didn’t care at all. Definitely won’t be bringing clothes back here.
If I could give them no stars I would. I was greeting with nothing but rudeness the second I walked in the door. I brought in two pairs of brand new never been worn American eagle jeans and the girl told me I had to bring them in a container. I stated I didn’t think I needed one as it was 2 jeans and she gave attitude and said no I needed a container. She said no other words to me and walked away. When I picked up my items.
