horrible rules and customer service, drove 30 minutes just to get declined when trying to sell clothes just because i couldn’t confirm my identity, besides a online id still got declined lmao why do they even need to confirm your identity? + overpriced just clowns lmao, horrible place don’t come to plato’s closet, maybe one somewhere else just not this one
Went to take my clothes to exchange for money and they didn’t take anything that I had and had nothing in detail what they accept on there website and made an excuse.. I see allot of bad reviews and I’m gonna reply and be one of them to because they should accept any type of clothing and drove over for no reason I would never buy from there I got this place recommended I saw some reviews saying they don’t accept adult clothing so I expected them to accept my clothing and they didn’t

Mi mala experiencia fue llegar con una bolsa llena de ropa muy buena de marca y toda melas rechazaron ellos compran cosas de marca pero lo que tienen en la tienda pura basura todos sucios y los precios muy elevados no vale la pena comprar ni venderles nada pura decepción.
