NOT A BREWERY! So, yah, don't know how to rate a 20 minute walk to find out there is nothing there, and find out afterwards that the owner tells us that. NOT a destination! And we went to taste their beer and give them an honest review... oops. lots of other great places to choose from.
I worked with Derek from Plato on a Brew Pub project in Long Beach. I was working on the restaurant operations and he built out the brewery and beer menu. Not only is he efficient at setting up the brewing equipment, but he produces some of the best beer I’ve had! I definitely recommend these guys for any new brewery!
