I go have some suspension work done at this establishment based off the reviews. I got a few quotes for a little bit less but the reviews said they do an outstanding job. So I left my truck behind for them to look at and they call me with a quote. The next day they told me it would take an extra day to get struts of all things. Had front and rear brake work done and all my brake warning lights and systems became illuminated within a week of work completed. Took it back and they accepted no responsibility for this new issue directly related to brakes. STAY AWAY

BEWARE THIS PLACE. did a bad job on my jeep last time. Would not use again. After picking up my car from a mistake they made i find a old tire in my truck and my spare tire wire dangling on the ground. They will hold your car for a long time to if it's their mistake they need to fix. Next time at least throw out the customers tire and roll up the spare time cord on the bottom of the jeep

BEWARE they did my hub assembly in August. I go to get new tires finally and pep boys takes 2 hours to understand the HUB assembly was up on wrong platinum wrench won't even help even though the info is in there

Best shop I have been to, I broke down at the walgreens right next store to this shop and the young man pushed my car over to look at it. At first I thought this shop would be very expensive because it looks really nice. But they gave me a quote to get my starter replaced and i called a few other shops to make sure I was not getting ripped off!! But turns out the price was about the same. They had my car fixed in about 2 hours and works perfect now. Thanks guys, and will send more people your way.

I found the best place to get my car worked on!!! I have taken my Scion XB to 3 shops to find out why my battery keeps going dead overnight, the first shop put a battery in it, the second shop put an alternator in it and the third shop charged me $50 to test it and said that no problem was found... I took it to Platinum and told them the history of my problems and within 15 mins a guy named Dave found that I had a bad part for one of my doors and the light inside would not go off all the time!
