I do not recommend trying to work with this place. I’m high risk and in the middle of my pregnancy - I just moved to the area about a month ago. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to work with the staff here on getting in for care. They have asked for so many documents and given me the run around for weeks. Do not come here if you are disabled during covid. Every time I call I get different information from different people. They treat you like “well my capacity was fine so you should be too”. And they have no interest in being flexible or accommodating your pain. I once had a terrible sunburn and they tried to tell me-an adult, that I had no choice but to come in when I couldn’t even wear a shirt. Very terrible bedside manner. This place is a joke!! I like the doctor, but their staff sucks!! Each time I have come in the office staff seems to have an attitude. On my first appointment I was told my appointment time was X time. I arrive early (just like I do for any appointment I have). best dr around. I just love dr neal. not only am I very comfortable but I trust him so much. I have had him for both my pregnancies and I am so blessed I did. I highly recommend him. his office staff and nurses are all amazing as well. I have a few friend who had him also and they all feel the same way I do. 5 stars isn't enough for this office.
BEWARE! I will never go back to this office again! Or recommend them! First time mom, with first pregnancy and they dropped me as a patient due to trying to get an earlier appt for a vaginal infection and claiming my insurance was harassing them. BEWARE! The girls at the front are rude and think their the crap!
Worse visit ever. Rude and heartless people in that office.
Dr Neal is the best and truly cares about you and babys well being.
