I suffer from a chronic illness and I've been wearing wigs for 8 years. I've purchased wigs for over $1000 in the past. Horrible service, all around! They should not be entitled to a 5 star rating, in my personal opinion. I ordered a unit from them on Oct 1st, a week later the product arrived in a completely different color than what was requested. I had to take time off to send the wig back and missed out on a $300 commission from my business. When I emailed them before shipment they informed me that the 7 day return policy would be voided, when I shipped the unit they sent me another email then claiming I was not entitled to a refund.
