I had an excellent experience with Thomas my service advisor. I took my car in for a routine service and I was in and out within an hour. Thomas was professional and very honest- I had a coupon and somehow it didn’t process. He called me to notify what happened and addressed the situation. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I had a previous experience with this dealership which was not positive but I think they have made some very good changes.
