The sales team is excellent at understanding and catering to individual customer needs.
Stay so far away... look at my profile see the ranking I have and my reviews all over for years. This place is the worst interaction I have had... I been trying for just over a year and they fail almost every time in some way... this last one I got a flat and have roadside tire... we make an appointment for you we cab try tomorrow... its a flat tire just a tire? "You pretty lucky we usually make people wait longer" I never by another VW solely because this is the closest service and it sucks horrible.
