Machine didn’t complete the cycle. Digital sign was telling me to drive forwards into a closed door. I backed out with a car dripping with water and a big stripe of dirt still running up the back of the car. Reached out by text and haven’t heard back.
Left wet soap on my car and very bad water marks, barely even cleaned. Waste of $20. Wish I could get my money back.
Went for the first time, mostly positive experience. I wish the entrance (behind the building) and exit (front of the building) were more clearly marked, turned into the exit by mistake and didn't realize until I saw the plain white "Exit Only" sign places in such a way I couldn't see it until I was pulling in. Fortunately I was the only car there and will know better if I go again. There was no waiting in line this time, but the price was recently increased. The car wash did not take all the dirt from windows and doors.
