Both entrance and exit driveways incline is too steep. Damaged the front-end trim of my awd car. Driving out I was careful. Trim still scrapped. Wouldn't return of the washes were half-price. Which by the way the least expensive is $24

Wash didn't work! The man in front of me had to get out of his car and manually lift the plastic sheet in order to get out. I should not have entered after seeing that, but I did. Needless to say, the wash didn't function. I backed out and called the number on the sign. A friendly person called me back, apologized, and promised to send a code for two free washes. He never did.

Machine didn’t complete the cycle. Digital sign was telling me to drive forwards into a closed door. I backed out with a car dripping with water and a big stripe of dirt still running up the back of the car. Reached out by text and haven’t heard back.

Left wet soap on my car and very bad water marks, barely even cleaned. Waste of $20. Wish I could get my money back.

Went for the first time, mostly positive experience. I wish the entrance (behind the building) and exit (front of the building) were more clearly marked, turned into the exit by mistake and didn't realize until I saw the plain white "Exit Only" sign places in such a way I couldn't see it until I was pulling in. Fortunately I was the only car there and will know better if I go again. Went mostly for an undercarriage wash, can't see clearly under the car to really know how well it went, but the rest of the car seemed to receiv... read more
