Went for the first time, mostly positive experience. I wish the entrance (behind the building) and exit (front of the building) were more clearly marked, turned into the exit by mistake and didn't realize until I saw the plain white "Exit Only" sign places in such a way I couldn't see it until I was pulling in. Fortunately I was the only car there and will know better if I go again. There was no waiting in line this time, but the price was recently increased. The car wash did not take all the dirt from windows and doors.

There are new owners who have really paid attention to what needs to be done, and I am very comfortable with taking my car here. The old set up was terrible, but the new guys have really improved the place and the process. I had an issue where the machine did not give me the proper change, and the owners were very attentive in giving me a wash code for a new wash. They actually texted with me to make sure everything was OK. I was very pleased. I will use this location for now on and ditch the one on King Street. This one her... read more
