Beware! This company is not accountable if they make a mistake. If you use them you better go over everything they do! They cost me $2,400.00 in penalties, interest, and collection fees because they did not give their attorney the proper address to put on the Warranty Deed. All I received from them is a "I'm Sorry we messed up". I paid a lot of money for their mistake of not doing their job correctly.
