Beware! This company is not accountable if they make a mistake. If you use them you better go over everything they do! They cost me $2,400.00 in penalties, interest, and collection fees because they did not give their attorney the proper address to put on the Warranty Deed. All I received from them is a "I'm Sorry we messed up". I paid a lot of money for their mistake of not doing their job correctly. We closed on our home over a year ago and according to our loan documents, everything appeared in order. But it seems a rather large mistake was made by the title company. For whatever reason, they did not properly fund our escrow account at closing. Instead of taking the funds collected for the property taxes by the sellers, they made a check out to the sellers and retuned their money.
