Excellent customer service. They were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Wilfredo was able to share more pictures of the piece I was interested in. After completing payment, the watch was promptly shipped. It arrived well protected and packaged (double boxed and bubble wrap). All in all, a great experience.
