I rarely leave reviews - But this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I reached out to Mak three times to ask when I could pick up my tax return that I dropped off in early March and was ignored each time. On the actual day taxes were DUE, I had to chase him down myself. When I finally got in touch, he was shockingly rude and disrespectful, and then told me the fee was $395--even though he had originally quoted me $95.
