We have been a managed services customer for many years. As a company too small to employ on-site IT staff, our ability to have timely access to quality technical support available directly at the individual user level is priceless and time saving, allowing us to focus on what we do, not what we shouldn't be. IT system planning, system security and project deployment have all been tasks confidently handled by competent engineers and staff.

We have been a customer with Platinum IT since 2019 and recently switched over to their Managed IT Services. Our work environment has become not only more secure but also more efficient. We have less "reactive" tickets due to Platinum's pro-active approach. The service we have received gives me piece of mind at work.
