Walked in front door nurse came out asked me if I had a mask which I didn’t she said I’ll get you one I told her I just want to ask a question Which was to know if my mom is out of surgery she said have you gotten a phone call I said no wait for your phone call that’s when she’s ready very rude nurse plus here in Texas our governor Abbet said I don’t have to wear a mask I don’t have to be told to wear a mask why am I’ve been told to wear a mask that is violating my rights
Went to Platinum Surgery Center and what a great place. Everyone was very polite, caring and knowledgeable. They are all wonderful. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Makes your procedure so easy. The entire staff from the entrance to the exit are awesome!

Just got home from a procedure at Platinum. I had the best experience ever! Everyone from the front desk staff to the recovery room nurse were friendly, thorough and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to have more services at this facility.
I went in scared, but the nurses made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was so nice and so helpful! My dr did an amazing job making me feel as comfortable as he did. I would highly recommend this place
