I recently bought the skin peel prep pads and I feel like it’s made me breakout more so I requested a refund for store credit and they flat out said no! This is not good customer service I am unsatisfied with the product and how their customer service doesn’t reach out to provide other options.

I love the products and i love that you can buy other stuff that helps with the peeling process like fade bright, you can find everything you need in this website and you dont have to buy from other websites. Plus, its not easy to find a website that ships to bahrain but platinum skin care does 😊
My daughter crashed while on her hoverboard on the cement. She is ok but ended up with a couple of boo boos. We used Emu Oil to help the one on her face heal. The ones on her knees were covered with band aids (because of her wearing pants). Here is a full weeks worth of daily pics on the healing progress.

I was not happy with the new dream peel. it was very expensive and I barely peeled. I tried to get a refund and they said no.
I love Platinum Skin Care products, they are effective and easy to use - each peel comes with an instruction manual. The customer support is by far, the most comprehensive I've experienced. Very nice folks. ☺️ So far, I've used the TCA Peel (7% & 13%), and Jessner's peel, I can't tell you how much better my skin looks. I grew up in Sarasota Florida, my skin looks so much better, skin texture is smoother, tone is brighter, you can't tell I baked in the sun! Loyal customer for life.
