My wife went in for a cut and had a very specific style she wanted in mind. The young lady cutting her hair looked at the picture my wife had 5 to 6 times during the cut. She started at the top, and they agreed to a final length. It was supposed to be a stepped cut with an undercut. The stylist got to the button and cut it way too short, which means she worked her way back to the top, taking off more hair.
