Great appointment! Zia even consulted with me about an upcoming highlight appointment and planned for test strands ahead of time! The team at platinum is amazing and the new location is top notch. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would! Kayli did an exceptional job on my highlights, and I did not get a cut this time but my previous experiences with Kayli have always been top notch! Now the salon as a whole is just incredible. The atmosphere is very professional, friendly and relaxing all at the same time. The new salon space is just stunning and I look forward to many more trips back to Platinum Salon!!
Sydney Wilson and Anne Chesbro did a fantastic job on my hair. For this year, 2022, Anne Chesbro and Jessica Friend did a great job on my hair. In September 2022, Zia Harvey did a great job adding purple tips and styling. In May 2023, Zia Harvey again did an awesome job adding pink tips and styling. In March 2025, I love getting my hair done at Platinum Salon. Zia Harvey and the Platinum team always do a great job.
Did a great job eliciting hair history, current issues and treatments, and explaining possible solutions! Cut very cute, too, with good conversation!
