It was worth the trip! Mason and the staff at Platinum were professional and friendly. I was amazed at how fast the transaction was processed. You usually spend HOURS at a dealership but not at Platinum. The selection, plenty of vehicles to choose from. The location is right off Boston Road and easily accessed by Route 3. Give Platinum a shot at your next purchase, you won't be disappointed!
BUYER BEWARE! These guys do NOT bargain in good faith. I recently entered into a sales agreement to purchase a 2010 Toyota Tundra Crew Max and placed a $500 deposit on the vehicle pending the replacement of the tires and repair of the emergency brake both of which are safety inspection issues. Upon returning, I was surprised to find out that two different brands of tires (I would never do such a thing) were installed and the emergency brake was not repaired. I bought a truck from Platinum Sales in January and while the initial dealings were fine, the after sales dealings were frustrating. We agreed on a price with new tires to be installed and had to wait a week for that to be taken care of, slight inconvenience, but hey I finally have my truck. Drive it home on a Friday night and find that the heater is blowing mildly warm air, thankfully had electric seat warmers and a heated steering wheel.
