I inquired about seeing a townhome that was up for rent. I spoke to Marcia a few days ago and she penciled me in for an appt. She did ask me to follow up via text message which i did 2 day later. When I texted her, she immediately asked me to text her a copy of my photo/license for confirmation of the appt. I told her that i could meet her at the appt. with my ID. Exceptional service. Marcia is very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire buying process. She is very aggressive at negotiating and get results, she is very open and give advise from a personal perspective. On our first property their was a problem with the property and she was very open and disclose all the information so my husband and I could make an informed decision.
