This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They were prompt and completed the job the same day. They left our yard clean and free of tire ruts. There was a supervisor on site the entire time to assist and monitor the workers-who needed no supervision Platinum Roofing went above and beyond.
Just had my roof replaced and Dean and his crew did a wonderful job. They got in and got it finished and cleaned up after themselves. I am really pleased with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.
Terrible customer service. Damaged my home while installing roof and blamed it on the mobile home set up crew. Wouldn’t agree to finish work until I had my home fixed. Once my home was then fixed they came back installed components and then I paid and was informed via the invoice that all of my workmanship warranty was voided. Run far away from this company because if you question their process or point out something they do wrong they will void the warranty and won’t agree to fix it after they leave.
