Had a lot of hail damage on my roof and called Jeff Cummings, Platinum Roofing for a quote. Jeff was there in no time and spent time talking to my wife and I about the damage and how his crew could take care of us. Jeff worked with the Insurance company and had some changes approved to make it a better job. His crew was really a good, coordinated group of people. We needed to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage in the East Mountains and Platinum Roofing was the best to work with. Jeff Cummings made the whole process so easy. He took the time to explain my insurance quote thoroughly, explained the process, and made the whole experience so pleasant. I had my roof done about a year ago and the price at workmanship were exceptional! There was shortage of materialbthat I have selected. The contractor had offered to put in temporary, yet upgraded, material at his own cost to be removed later when proper/matching material will arrive, if I chose to do so. Overall I had a great experience and will recommend to anybody who is looking for good roof with great warranty for reasonable price.
Platinum Roofing met and exceeded all of my expectations. I am very excited and grateful for my new roof. Jeff and his crew are top-notch and very professional, very kind and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing!!
