Jeff has been excellent to work with this last year and this year. His attention to the project and the patience and understanding it takes to complete a project has been exceptional. I highly recommend calling Platinum Roofing first for outstanding care.
This company installed a roof that leaks, wanted to be paid in full, and will not fix the issues. The owner Scott and sales person Ellis can talk and sell you on a project, but have no clue what they are talking about. Not sure if they have even done any hard labor in their life’s. All the workers are subbed out and are not actually part of their company. It makes it very easy for them to have an escape goat if a project goes wrong.
Excellent and prompt service. They were here exactly when they promised. The roof is beautiful. The left the place super clean. They were fast and very well done job.
Had a lot of hail damage on my roof and called Jeff Cummings, Platinum Roofing for a quote. Jeff was there in no time and spent time talking to my wife and I about the damage and how his crew could take care of us. Jeff worked with the Insurance company and had some changes approved to make it a better job. His crew was really a good, coordinated group of people.
