I contacted this company as they fixed my neighbours roof after a massive hailstorm. Called several times to receive a quote to get a complete roof replaced. Same roof as neighbour (size etc.) makes it a fairly easy quote. Got ensured someone will drop by shortly but no one ever came, called or reached out in whatever possible way. Even after calling the company again to ask what is going on, they told me that someone will check in with me shortly. Several months later still no attempt of contact. Very disappointing.
