Craftsmanship seems good but ZERO communication after we asked them to do the roof. They didn't show when they said they would and then just randomly showed up later to do work. They were supposed to replace some soffit with the roof and couldn't find any that matched exactly so they just decided not to do it, but didn't communicate that and I had to find someone else to install it.
I received a new roof from Platinum Roofing and I've had my roof for about 3yrs maybe. I have not had any leaks in my roof. The experience was great. May i add i didn't even pay a partial payment for them to begin work. The job was done in one day and Michael Sr called me 3days later with a time to pick up payment. That's what I said, three days later so being hungry for money is not their style I was very happy with my Tericada red color roof. Thanks Platinum, and may I add, I'm using them again on another roofing job.
Platinum roofing replaced my roof this month, after assisting me with filing a claim with manufacturer as our roofing shingles were defective- loosing their granules. Even though the manufacturer only paid for the replacement roof shingles and part of the labor cost, Platinum Roofing replaced the entire roof without charging a single dime. I’m very satisfied with my new roof and the service I received from Platinum Roofing. The roofers showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They cleaned everything up and I didn’t have to say anything to them about it. I had a couple of questions about a couple of things and they were quickly answer and any thing that needed to be addressed was addressed and corrected immediately.
They stand by their work,Yes I will use them again Ms.Lena B.Atkins if ever needed.
