Talk about a low rate, non-customer focused company, IMO Platinum Ride Limo sets the bar as being the worst. Having arranged & dealt with many limo services, all showing appreciation of their customer base, I was uniquely surprised and disappointed by both owners of this company when it comes to unexpected and out of our control circumstances. My friends and I used Platinum Ride Limousines to get us to the Phoenix Open this year! The company is amazing. Frank, the owner, got back to me right away with any questions I had. I used these guys for my girlfriends birthday recently and they were absolutely great. She was very impressed and we had a great time. The vehicle was clean and new and the driver was early and very professional. I could not have asked for more from them. I will use them again and I would definately refer them to friends and family.
