A pipe burst and flooded my master bedroom and living room. Kevin and Jeff were at my home within a few hours of the incident. They worked efficiently and quickly to remove the water. They were back the next day to do more work and adjust fans. The third and fourth day, Chris and Larry came to my home to cut out more wet walls and adjust fans. They were dependable and personable. I would recommend Platinum Restoration when faced with a flood or fire in your home.
Terrible. In Sept a tree fell and knocked our shed off of its foundation. Our insurance company recommend this company for repairs. Should have done more research. After countless attempts to get them to come and do the job we paid them to do (with a down payment)... it is now the last weekend in March and we still don’t have a shed!!!!!! They have sent several men out to look and relook at the shed even though they had already ordered a shed kit to replace it.
