I have issues with my roof/gutters and need warranty repair. I've been trying to contact them all summer. My husband is disabled so I can't have him just take care of it so we're stuck hoping for a call back. I deeply regret picking this company for our roof.
Have a leak in my roof that was installed by platinum remodeling been trying to call for the past 2 days. No reply, no answers. They're dodging the phone. Do not want to honor their warranty
