Another AMAZING and SUPER EASY process during another emotional and difficult time. My dad passed away in 2024 and we hired Chris Morales to help us sell his home and then my mom passed last year. I got a great deal on a HUD house. Christy calculated a bid that was $100 over the next bid. The price had already been reduced a few times. The house is large with good bones. I’ll do some painting and change the carpet in a room or two. The real oak flooring, casings, sills and bull nose corners throughout the house are quality. Buying a hud foreclosure during the govt shut down wasn’t easy. Having a broker who knew the hud system kept this great deal from falling apart. Thank you Christy.
