Another AMAZING and SUPER EASY process during another emotional and difficult time. My dad passed away in 2024 and we hired Chris Morales to help us sell his home and then my mom passed last year. We asked Chris to help us again and she was there every step of the way and we sold her home super quick following her guidance. Loved working with the office too when they emailed and am very happy with the whole experience! Will definitely use again!
I got a great deal on a HUD house. Christy calculated a bid that was $100 over the next bid. The price had already been reduced a few times. The house is large with good bones. I’ll do some painting and change the carpet in a room or two. The real oak flooring, casings, sills and bull nose corners throughout the house are quality. Buying a hud foreclosure during the govt shut down wasn’t easy. Having a broker who knew the hud system kept this great deal from falling apart. Thank you Christy.
