Do NOT rent with this company, Complete scam artist, For starters they will not help insure repairs on done within a reasonable time, they allowed us to be left with many repairs needed for months, including a cracked toilet for 3 months. When we moved into the home it was dirty, many of the appliances were broken When it came time to move out they want to keep our deposit to pay for repairs that were already needed when we moved in. If you rent through them be very cautious and do not expect them to be honest.

I do not recommend anybody using this company to have them sell your house or rent house from them I also did some landscaping work for them and they beating around the bush for my payment iam about to show up with a lawyer at there company or sue them as they keep saying they sent a check in and I did this job like going on 3 weeks I never had to wait 15 to 30 days for a.check from.any place that sold housed or rented them out iam putting in a lawsuit

I disclosed my credit score before applying, was told it would not be an issue, after applying I was rejected for - you guessed it - my credit score, but hey at least they made their money, right? The response claims the fee is only what it costs them to run the credit report, but I had a copy of the credit report already which they could have had for free, a credit report I got from another rental agency that didn't charge anywhere near the amount these liars charged.
