I rarely post reviews but feel strongly about the value of this for Sam's future clients. Sam repeatedly went above and beyond to help my parents sell their home. This was a complicated process due to the nature of the property and Sam was calm, tenacious and effective throughout. He communicated when necessary and well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
