I cant say enough great things about our Realtor Tim Drennan at Platinum Realty. Tim spent more time with my wife and I in trying to find us the right home than you could imagine. What we wanted was hard to find. Tim went the extra mile for us and He got it done. We can now spend the rest of our lives in a perfect Condo. Average to bad agency for agents. They double dip wherever is possible. They don't offer really nothing in return but just the name. With companies out there now with similar fees and way more thing to offer. I would definitely reconsider this one. Just wanted to put out there my experience. We work so hard and spend so much to be paying extras where there is really no extras. Like E&O they are paid by transaction when they probably pay it by month. Shelby Austin, the principal broker at Platinum Realty, is allowing one of her contracted agents, Tabitha Wassall, to hold my husband and me hostage in a buyer's agreement. We signed an agreement after meeting Ms. Wassall at an open house in Mulvane. She then showed us 4 properties, one of which we attempted to submit an offer on.
