Platinum Realty is the best brokerage in the Midwest, support team is always great and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend as a place for an agent to hang your license and as a client you will get great service from your sales professional.
Would never use their agents for buying or selling a house. The one I used to purchase a house never followed up after moving in to see how things were going. This agent was only worried about the commission check. I told the agent about an issue I had found that was a big miss about the inspection of the property and the agent wanted to point fingers and send me down a rabbit tunnel, which I knew the agent was just trying to get rid of me. I have 19 years of mortgage experience, and I knew the agent was just dodging me.
As a realtor with Platinum, it has been the best decision I have made by far! Without the overhead of some of the larger companies, they allow me the freedom to run my business the way I want to. I love my career and Platinum Realty has made it even more rewarding.
