Dee Sufnar has been a superstar from the initial start of listing my house to the closing. I live out of state and she went above and beyond to answer the million questions I had and to handle the small things like finding a lawn guy, recommending a person for repairs. Be careful, with this new leadership. He didn't really want to listen to our dilemma that we went through for 8-months while in one of their rental properties. Granted, he wasn't there, but he knows what happened while he was buying in. This new owner has 2 very old reviews and only 1 new one for a purchased house. We were only trying to recover our $4,000 that was stolen from us. My wife and I moved in just before Thanksgiving and just before Christmas were getting messages that we could leave our contract because I wrote u... read more
