We had Platinum Property manager our SFH rental in Woodstock from Nov 2011 until the end of 2022. They were okay and never above average up to 2019. It was downhill from that point forward. Sadly, I missed my window to drop them without penalty at the end of 2021. I figured that I'd give them another year and then leave when the tenants lease expired and I could do so without paying a termination penalty.
