Rented an apartment unseen, moved across the country so wasn't able to view it. Called several times asking how and when I would get the keys. Was told "someone will contact you before your move in date." No one ever called. I was finally told "the door will be left unlocked and the keys will be inside." I arrived at 1:00am. Door locked. I fully agree with a previous review. If I could rate this company lower than one star I most defiantly would. The staff is unprofessional and dishonest, and god forbid if you actually want to talk to someone it takes hours to get any response. I viewed a property and was quoted a price but when the lease agreement was sent over to me the price was higher than quoted. When I called to ask about it I was told “oh yeah we just found out that the price was wrong” Did it ever occur to this person to contact me to tell me this! N... read more
