You are most likely not going to get the house you applied for, and they will move you over to another house that is way less desirable than the one you applied for. No they don’t return application fees if the unit you wanted was rented to someone else.

Been with them for 5 years now! They are great at communicating and getting back to you promptly. Micheal is great to work with and makes sure everything is in working order if any problems arise.
We recently rented a house through Platinum and had no issues at all. We never experienced anything similar to the negative comments a couple people mentioned on here🤷♀️ We got our full damage deposit back as we are clean, respectful tenants and pay our rent on time & look after any properties we rent. Our interactions with Jason were always polite & professional and we would use them again if needed.
Ghosted me when I needed someone I could trust in Bozeman to rent out and maintain my property.
