BE CAREFUL..I was told that this company was very thorough with every inspections. However, this company missed MOLD underneath the sink. When I asked about it the company said that they are NOT legally required to write up ANYTHING they see when doing an inspection. That even if they were to have seen mold or cracks in the ceiling, that they are not required to say anything in the report.
