DODGY DODGY DODGY Unprofessional, lack of communication, poor performance and blatantly disrespectful. Can confirm every single bad review on here is an accurate depiction of how this agency operates. Notice how all the bad reviews have more likes than good ones. As an old tenant, I’d hope future tenants don’t bother wasting time and effort renting properties listed under them. As a landlord myself (of course not with this place), I would not trust this agency to represent me.
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. This agency is blatantly dishonest, unprofessional, and operates in an extremely dodgy manner. After we gave clear and proper notice that we would not be renewing our lease, they attempted to invent random, unjustified fees. When that didn’t work, they deliberately tried to withhold our bond. I’d give zero stars if I could. This is the worst real estate agency we’ve ever dealt with. They’re dodgy and, despite us being good tenants for the entire lease, they did everything possible to withhold our bond. Completely unprofessional and not to be trusted.
