5 stars for Sophia and Heather in the Mandurah office. Sophia is very warm and respectful during routine inspections, and Heather is very communicative and always ensures a smooth rental experience. I’ve rented through other agencies, such as Australian Property Alliance who were terrible, and have never had as good an experience as I have with Heather being my property manager and Sophia attending for inspection.
Yesterday we attended Platinums toy giveaway and we feel so lucky to be tenants of theirs. We met the owner Ella personally and it was really nice to see an owner so involved, it really does make Platinum stand out from the rest. Well done to you and your team you guys are awesome!

They were very helpful when we had emergency situations which happened twice! First when I was locked out of my apartment and left behind my key, they calmly picked up the phone and assisted me. Second when we had dripping situation from the unit above us, they assisted in every step. Love the initiative of online AI assistance /app that helped me to download the ledger and their give back program to the tenants.
