Very very bad experience. Our friends tried to rent a property after we toured it, waiting for the rental agreement hoping we will hear back from Jordan, never replied back on the questions we asked or the rental agreement. We have been kept on hold and told us days after that the property is rented already, we waited to hear back from them with no back up plan under an impression that we will be signing the rental of the home we toured. I would like to express the deepest sadness and me and my husband has experienced and a very long time of the passing of Mr Steve cecconi. He was a very good man and a lot of people didn't understand him by his attitude but that's what made Steve special. He meet my husband 8 years ago and throw the years both because like brothers,having breakfast,lunch or Steve would call Luis and say my friend it's 615am half the day is gone so come on over and have coffee by the pool and Luis did just that.His joy was his work and he lov... read more

Platinum Properties has managed a rental of mine for 5 years. An excellent manager both in tenant selection but maintaining the value of your home as well as keeping tenants happy. A turn-key manager for those who want to be primarily passive investors while being a great landlord.
